Per the province of Quebec's environmental laws and standards, all soil requires testing before any foundation work for a new building, parking, aqueduct or sanitary water system is permitted. If the soil is contaminated, we will dispose of all the contaminated materials from the determined area and depth of your construction site to meet with regulations and ensure the safety of future occupants.
